The Marquette boys picked up a 59-40 Tri-Rivers Conference road victory over the Huskies. Balanced scoring keyed the Mohawks victory.
Matt Brinker led the Mohawks with 14 points, Ethan Pfiffner and Danny Koos each had 12. Carson Michels chipped in with 8 points.
Marquette led 17-5 after one quarter and 36-14 at the half.
The lead grew to 51-19 with one quarter to play. By then, every Mohawk player earned playing time in the lopsided 59-40 victory.

The other half of the boy- girl Tri-Rivers contest was another blowout score. The rated Mohawks jumped out to a 21-4 lead setting the outcome early over the winless Huskies . The lead swelled to 38-12 by halftime.
The Mohawk defense was as solid as the offense holding the Huskies to single-digit scoring in all four quarters including just two points in each of the final two quarters.
The starters playing in limited action were led by Miranda Peters with 15 pts. Teona Richman added 13 pts and Tori Michel 10, Ellie O'Brien had 10-pts and Delaney Banowetz 9.
